"Quest Apartments have been using the IFX Intranet solution for over 2 years. Before IFX, Quest exploered the concept of developing an "in-house" intranet for a year or so. In reviewing this project we faced a number of hurdles - namely a lack of internal expertise to develop the project as well as a lack of resources to adequately support an intranet.

The prospect of outsourcing the project was also a major hurdle given the expected cost. "One day I accidentally stumbled onto an ad that IFX had placed in a franchise magazine, followed it up and one week later bought the system. Four weeks later the intranet was up and running in our franchise system.
